The rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable queen beds and a lovely terrace.

It was centrally located, ideal for business and evening meal times, with a wide variety of choices. Good for meetings and receptions.

Location and Staff

No Resturant, although there is a couple of very good places to eat close by. Although when you arrive late and would like to order room service it is not possible.

This room is luxurious with a private safe, central heating, and a work desk, located in the heart of the city just a few steps away from The Kortrijk Theater.

Broken window would not close properly

The friendly and helpful staff. We were travelling by bicycle and they were very helpful about allowing us to store our bikes inside the hotel. The great location - right on the main square. It is a very characterful old hotel but with excellent modern facilities. Great breakfast. Very comfortable bedroom with a bath as well as a shower and free soft drinks in the minibar.

The rooms here are spacious and come with a single bed, AC, and a private toilet, and the staff is friendly, situated in a fantastic central location in the historical center.

This place is perfectly situated near downtown shopping, a shopping mall, and various shops, plus it's close to the historic town center; the service is excellent, and there is convenient parking available.

the breakfast is of a very nice quality, the free parking is very useful and some services like lend umbrella are very much appreciated details.

I would have liked to have a mini-bar inside the room, like we find in most of the hotels.

The hotel was spacious, with very welcoming staff and magnificent location in the city centre. Location really close to shopping mall shops and other shops and the main square surrounded by bars. Nearby Bistro Allo Allo - great place to chill out.

Charming old and high-class venue with very good service. Exceptionally nice location next to shopping streets, a beautiful restaurant, and the center of town. Gastronomic restaurant with amazing cuisine.

The restaurant was not open for evening meals. We ate at one of the local restaurants, which was very good.

Hotel car parking available in the centre of the city

The hotel is an ideal base for exploring Kortrijk with helpful and top-class staff at the reception desk. It enjoys an excellent location right at Grote Markt and is within walking distance to shopping malls and a local market across the street. The hotel restaurant is beautiful, making it a suitable choice for shopping.

Staff were courteous and efficient, room was comfortable although a little small for a hotel in this class, breakfast buffet was excellent.
